Returns

We love giving vintage clothing new life, which is why we currently don't accept returns on our secondhand items. There's only one of each item, so anything you buy from us is uniquely yours.

Before you buy, be sure to read the item description, sizing, and any flaws listed to make sure you're picking up the right piece for you.

Shipping

We're located in the United States. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

All international orders may be subject to VAT and customs/duty fees. Low Tide Thrift is not responsible for these fees.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
