RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items purchased from LOWTIDE must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

In order to receive a refund, items must also be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
